14 DAY RETURN POLICY 
Buyers remorse? Nobody has time for that…we want you to love your boots! Eligible items must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt and be returned in their original condition (we will not accept damaged, altered, or worn products). The return must also include all original packaging. Any returns made after 14 days will be returned for store credit only. Items purchased on Sale or Markdown are not eligible for return or exchange.

NEED TO EXCHANGE?
Didn’t Get the Sizing Right? We will gladly offer exchanges for the same color/price on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

To request an exchange, go to our Return Portal and start the request.

HOW DO I RETURN?
Footwear must include the original packaging and be returned in its original condition no later than 14-Days. Please email us at info@besitaboots.com and we will provide return instructions.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We kindly ask that you allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS FOR BESITA BOOTS THAT WERE PURCHASED SOMEWHERE ELSE?
We will only accept returns purchased through Besitaboots.com. Besita Boots purchased outside of Besitaboots.com should be returned through the original retailer.
